Special Note: Applications for the program are currently being accepted for a Fall 2017 start date.

Students wishing to enter the program should follow these steps:

1. Students who have a baccalaureate degree should determine what content area they wish to pursue for initial licensure and then request for a transcript analysis to be performed.

2. Once students receive their analysis back in the mail, the analysis will indicate what content courses (on the top of the letter) will be required for the initial license and the educational requirements (on the bottom of the letter) that are required for the initial license. The M.Ed. program will take the place of the Ready2Teach educational requirements on the bottom of your analysis. The content courses (on the top) will still be required for meeting the requirements of the initial license.

3. Next, if students wish to pursue the degree, the next step is to get admitted to both the teacher education program and the graduate school. Admission to the teacher education program is a pre-requisite for admission to this graduate program.
